1. Level of Support
Whilst our technicians will be unable to provide assistance for issues such as CGI/PHP programming or HTML, they will be willing and able to assist you on a whole range of issues such as configuring email, using your web hosting control panel, uploading files via FTP, using Microsoft Frontpage, using the Free website builder, installation of web scripts and - via the remote assistance service - removal of spyware, trojans and computer security. Some matters, due to their complexity, may not be able to be dealt with over the telephone or may be needed to be referred to a technician more familiar with that aspect of web hosting - in this case, you will be asked to open a support ticket so the matter can be resolved promptly.

2. Methods of support
During normal working hours (9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) priority support is available via our online helpdesk, live chat/instant messenger, 0116 standard rate number and free voip number for users of SIP phones. During 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday there is a guaranteed 30 minutes response time. After 5:30pm and on weekends priority support is available via our online helpdesk. The average response time after hours and on weekends is 3 hours.
